Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free from damage not caused by defects

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Package items securely and ship to our return address
  5. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
