• We identify an obvious pricing or product information error

• We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Our current shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For UK Standard Delivery, our current estimated delivery timeframe is 9–15 working days.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, with FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders of £45 or more.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied when ordering is accurate.

9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We offer eligible customers a 30-day returns period, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

UK consumers may also have statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.

Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

10. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Under applicable UK consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash

• Only one promotional code may be used per order

• Promotions may have specified eligibility requirements or expiry dates

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect completed purchases where the promotion has already been validly applied.
